Meet your guide late in the afternoon to start this tour with the short but challenging walk to the platypuses. Follow that with a casual BBQ dinner at the Grassy Harbour sailing club, and then wait for the Little Penguins at dusk, as they return to the breakwater from a day at sea.
They’ll leap from the ocean and waddle back to their nests in an adorable procession. It’s a marvellous sight!
Note, the first part of this tour (the Platypus Experience) is a short but steep and challenging walk. It is suitable only for people with a good level of mobility.
